Spacious and bright because it's on the 5th floor, with shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Warm atmosphere. All necessary transportation at the foot of the building. (M 1, tram 2 and 3, Bus and M 2,6,9, RER A 5 min away). Located 10 minutes from the center of Paris. The Coulée Verte walk is within walking distance. The space It's an apartment decorated with large plants, photographs, engravings, paintings and sculptures because it's inhabited by two young artists. It is bright and airy. The kitchen and bathroom are modest but the living room and bedroom are spacious! It is possible to set up in the bedroom office to work there. Please note this is not a hotel, it is an apartment in which we live year-round! Guest access The apartment is located on the 5th floor without elevator access. Watch out for big suitcases!
