The space This room is next to one of the bathrooms in our beautiful, large Edwardian home. Comfortable cast iron bed, TV and original fireplace, dressing table, cupboard, clothes hanger & full length mirror. Shared use of kitchen & garden. We are live-in hosts and have other rooms available listed on this site 😃 Guest access Use of our fully equipped kitchen with TV & spacious eating area, garden which catches the sun in the morning (ideal for outdoor breakfasts when sunny). Shared use of shower room, plus bathroom/toilet and two additional separate toilets.Free street parking (or on our driveway if space available). Secure parking in our garage available for motorbikes. During your stay You’ll be very welcome in our home. We are live-in hosts so always available, but will respect your privacy too. We know Plymouth well, so we can recommend places to visit, or where to dine (or get takeaways) . We have other guest rooms so you may meet other guests during your stay, but as it’s a big house, there’s plenty of ‘space’ between everyone! 😃 Other things to note Breakfast provided (cereal, toast & condiments). Free tea/coffee throughout your stay. Children welcome. Travel cots & high chair available/ No stair gates in our home, so it's unsuitable for a toddler/ 'mobile' baby unless they're with you at all times!Non-smoking home, but happy for smoking in our garden (sheltered area available if raining).
