Country house for large families or groups

Spacious house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Perfect for getting together with friends and family established in the calm of the countryside. Excellent facilities for children including a games room, recreation room, outdoor play area, goats and chickens and a heated swimming pool. 35 minutes from Futuroscope. The space The house has 4 large bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 8 people. There is a king bedroom, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, plus a bedroom with bunk beds and a cot. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer. There is a large dining table that seats 12 people. The living room has plenty of seating for a large number of people, with TV, Amazon Firestick, DVD player and plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained. There is also a shower and toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen overlooks the outdoor patio which is a few meters from the heated swimming pool. There is a large gas BBQ plus a charcoal BBQ, dining table and outside lounge area. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms. Guest access Direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. Lots of peace and quiet. The facilities (games room, garden, bicycles and swimming pool) are shared with our two other gites. You will have access to the playground, the games room, our bikes and the swimming pool shared with our two other gites. (Please note that the swimming pool is open from mid-May to the end of September only. weather permitting) We can provide you with everything you need for babies or small children, such as high chairs, stair gates, bath toys, crib . You can of course also rent the whole complex if you wish (three lodges, 9 bedrooms for 19 people) or an additional lodge for a private family or friends together. We will be vigilant with our cleaning procedures for your health and safety and will carry out covid deep cleaning between bookings. Other things to note We have, 3 goats and a few chickens on site which guests are welcome to pet and engage with. We are also a 30 minute drive from Futuroscope which is a great place to visit with children and teenagers. Our gites are in the middle of the countryside and it is advisable that guests either bring a car or hire a car to be able to explore the surrounding areas.
