This large, breathtaking, four bedroom, three bathroom open floor plan retreat is nestled in a large, peaceful canyon, giving it an airy tree-house quality. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Wolf cooktop, dishwasher, and classic original pink O'Keefe and Merritt dual ovens! You have your choice to dine at the kitchen table, in the adjoining dining room, or outside on the patio. This unique mid-century home is a sanctuary for those seeking a peaceful escape from their hectic lives. The large patio with a fire pit and hammock beckons you to relax and enjoy the gorgeous panoramic canyon views. It has a king-sized mid-century modern bed and ensuite bathroom. Along that same hall, you will find one guest bedroom with a CalKing Bed and another large guest bedroom with two single beds (there is an additional single air mattress available as well). These two bedrooms share a bathroom that has a jacuzzi tub and shower. On the other end of the house, the fourth bedroom/office has a queen size pull-out sofa (additional foam topper to maximize comfort), and it has it's own full bathroom. The home can accommodate 8-10 people in beds throughout (maximum occupancy is 10 people). Guests will have access to the entire house, patio, back yard, and front yard, including the basketball hoop. Guests may not access the locked garage. There is plenty of parking in two different driveways and street parking on the cul-de-sac.
