The space Two private bedrooms (both queen beds) are connected by a jack-and-jill bath, with an additional powder room for ease when traveling with others. Both have sliding barn doors. The chef’s kitchen features a Wolf range, Vitamix blender, well-stocked cookware, spices, and cooking oils—ideal for guests who enjoy cooking at home. Tea and coffee are provided, along with pour-over supplies and a drip coffee maker. In cooler months, curl up by the gas fireplace. In warmer months, enjoy mountain evenings on the front porch Adirondacks or relax in the private side yard hammock under Arizona skies. Air conditioning is cool and efficient in the summer months-- perfect if you're escaping the heat from warmer parts of the state. High-speed internet makes remote work seamless. A small upstairs bonus loft offers a desk and reading nook—perfect for light work or quiet retreat. A compact washer/dryer, laundry supplies, and unpack-friendly storage support longer stays. Comfort & Climate Central heat, ceiling fans, and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort in Flagstaff’s mountain climate. Please Note The home shares one wall with our separate rear rental space, the Loft. If you’re traveling with extended family or friends and would like additional privacy and space, ask us about booking both spaces together for the perfect combination of comfort and flexibility. Most guests find the property lively and conveniently located, though neighborhood and street activity is possible given our central location.
