Conservation area in beautiful village (with pub), ideal for walkers, birdwatchers, fishermen, cyclists, Oakham and Rutland Water 2 miles away. The space The annex is a single-storey building with a main bed-sitting room, bathroom and kitchen. It stands behind our house in the garden and is quiet and secluded and set back from the road. Guest access Guests have the entire annex completely to themselves. The windows and front door are lockable and secure and the annex is accessed from our driveway. Other things to note There is a pub in the village (The Blue Ball) about 400 metres away that has an excellent restaurant. The annex is located in a conservation area and there are several listed buildings close by.
