We are a shared flat in a nice old, unrenovated building with a bit GDR Flair. We are 5 Flatmates and have a 19qm room free. There are two WC and a bathtub with shower as well as a big kitchen with space for you in the fridge. The Flat is pretty big and also has a balcony and a large garden you can abide in. We are Momo, Lotte, Moritz, Chris and Lukas. Please note: Even though we value the apartment being maintained, it's not permanent perfectly cleaned - like shared flats are. The space Our home is a unrenovated house. Because of its Look from outside it keeps a bit GDR-Style. Many artists live here so that you will maybe see some art around. We are five flatmates and got a room extra for you: 19qm in a big flat. We got a big bathroom with bathtub and a small extra WC, we got a big Kitchen which you can use and a nice and quiet balcony. Also we have a large garden, where you can spend time in shadow or sun between many flowers and fruit trees. During your stay I will be there all the time and can help you in any questions. Other things to note In winter we cannot heat up the hallway. Your room is heated by electricity-heater and/or coal-oven. Our kitchen is heated by gas-oven. The bathroom has a electric-heater that heats up pretty fast.
