This luxurious apartment is situated on the Waterfront Marina in a very safe area. we have 24 hours security at the gate. The apartment is on the ground level with a spacious patio facing the Marina. You are within 10 minutes walking distance to the V&A Waterfront with lots of restaurants, shops, bars and tourist activities. We are located close to many of South Africa's famous tourist attractions like Table Mountain, The Cape Point Penguins, the Wine Routes and much more. The space The apartment has two large bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms. The main bathroom includes a jacuzzi and a shower. The apartment has a modern kitchen and a large living room. There is also a large terrace facing the marina with a fantastic view of the water and a backyard off the kitchen. There is a chared swimming pool and gym 100 meters from the apartment . We have fiber internet with the speed of Mbs 25 up and 25 down. We have One large flatscreen TV in the livingroom with DSTV. Netfix and Prime video . In the main bedroom we have one more Smart Tv with Netfrix , Prime video and you can streem from your own device. Guest access Two parking lots in the under ground garage are avalible. The apartment is within a security complex with guards on duty 24 hours. Other things to note Due to the big problem in South Africa with "loadshedding" (scheduled periods of Non-Electricity Supply ) We have installed a 5Kw Inverter making it possible to keep an Uniterrupted-Electricity Supply for most fuctions like Internet, ligths, Tv, fridge , microwave oven etc.
