Travel Made Easy: Utilize our free shuttle bus service to Kamala Beach, available at certain times, or take a 5-6 minute drive by bike or car to reach the sandy shores. Additional Amenities: High-speed fiber optic internet ensures you stay connected. Internet TV channels allow for ample entertainment options. In-unit washing machine adds convenience for longer stays. General Note: Guests should be comfortable with the steep access to the property; there is a shuttle service available at reception for guest without their own transport. Due to our lush, natural surrounding, the apartment may initially exhibit a fresh, earthy scent, particularly after being closed. This typically clears quickly once aired out and occupied and is part of the hillside living experience. UTILITY DEPOSIT - Upon check-in, we kindly request a cash deposit to cover electric and water utilities. For stays up to 14 nights, the deposit is 3,000 Baht. For stays over 14 nights, the deposit is 5,000 Baht. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out, deducting any applicable utility charges. CHECK-IN - Please note check-in can be no later than 7pm. ACCESS - Access to the development is on a steep hill - Shuttle Bus Service Available. CLEANING - Apt. Cleaning / Bed-linen & Towel change included - 1x per week for stays of 6 nights or longer.
