The space This is a private apartment in a building of eight total. The other residents and guests are generally quiet and courteous. This apartment is on the ground floor, which is eight steps up from the street. The laundry facility (app-operated) is in the basement, which is 15 steps down. Guest access You have access to your apartment, as well as the laundry room in the basement. Other things to note This is an apartment designed for traveling professionals. Upon booking, we will ask you to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement via Docusign, as well as provide ID and an email address. Salem is a capital city. That means that there is plenty to do, and an abundance of different types of people. That means you may see homeless people in the area, hear loud drivers at night, overhead planes, or a train. Please do not have mail and packages delivered to this address. We advise that you set up a PO Box at the Post Office or the UPS Store instead.
