Come stay at River Run Farm in beautiful Deering, NH. Nestled in the valley along the banks of the Contoocook River, come enjoy all that farm life and NH have to offer. The space River Run is a working farm that provides meat, produce, milk, flowers, baked goods, and other products to our community. Come enjoy life on the farm, with none of the hard work! Guest access Guests have private access to their bedroom. The bathroom, patio, grill, & firepit may be shared with other airbnb guests. Owners live in the main house. Feel free to explore the 36 acres the farm has to offer, we just ask that you not enter any of the buildings or animal enclosures without us present. Dogs must remain leashed at all times. During your stay We can be reached by phone or text message throughout your stay. Other things to note Dogs must remain leashed at all times! Most dogs like to chase livestock and owners are 100% liable for any damage or injuries our farm animals get as a result of their pet’s behavior (Vet bills and/or replacement costs). We provide a dog gate for guests at the top of the stairs. Please do not allow your pets to roam in common areas. We also offer farm experiences and rentals in addition to our stays including: farm fresh breakfast, egg collecting, taking sheep for a walk, Kayak rental, etc. Please note - this is an attic loft, the ceilings are very slanted and go down to the floors. They can be low for some of our taller guests. Please watch your head! Please be aware, while this is your own private bedroom, there is no door. The hot tub is a wooden, wood fired hot tub. You are welcome to use it but it takes time and some effort to heat up! Please check your room before you leave, we are not responsible for items left behind.
