The space This accommodation has capacity for 5 guests, and is located on the 1st floor with a balcony. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining area. One of the bedrooms is en suite with a double bed, and the other has 2 single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, and has a nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. In the area there are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and other services. Quarteira bus station is 800 meters away and Faro airport is 22 km away. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and to the pool area. There is a private parking place in the garage. Check-in can be done: - In person at the property, or - Through a key safe (self check-in). Details will be agreed with guests prior to arrival. Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Check-out: Must be done by 10:00 a.m. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Other things to note Not suitable for pets Parties or events are not allowed. Youth groups are not accepted. The check-in is between 4pm and 7pm. After 7pm it can have extra cost. The security deposit must be paid online by card by the day of check-in. The security deposit is 200 euros for a maximum of 28 nights. For groups or young people, the security deposit is doubled. A tourist tax is charged at check-in for guests over the age of 16.
