Cozy Condo: Near Canyon Lodge (3 night min)

Warm and cozy condo located approx 3/4mi from the Mammoth Village. Strong Wifi and Smart TV. Condo located approx 3/4mi from the Village (towns main hub). Convenient self check-in with combination touch keypad. Parking is directly in front of ground level door. Winter Only: please be ready to move your vehicle for snow clearing. Vehicle cannot be left in parking lot all day unattended during active weather requiring snow removal. Someone must be able to temporarily move vehicle as required. The space Warm and inviting 620 sq ft 1 bath, 1 loft bedroom unit. 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Studio Loft. Absolutely Ideal for a couple or a couple with small children. Will sleep up to 4 people but CAN BE TIGHT FOR 4 GROWN ADULTS. New for 2019! New Sofa, Chaise corner unit with comfortable queen size pullout bed. TOML-CPAN-10494 **Max occupancy is 4 people. All people must be on the reservation. **We are not interested in renting to people who intend to entertain/have party's. We do not allow party's. If you're looking for a clean, quiet place to relax after a day of skiing, hiking, cycling etc., this is your place. If you intend to invite friends over and entertain, please look elsewhere. Thanks. **While we love dogs, we're not interested in cleaning up after them. No pets please. Upstairs loft has a queen size bed, separate bath, walk in shower, blow dryer, bath towels, and is stocked with non-personal toiletries. Linens and towels are washed and prepared (linens ironed) using our own private service (not in town like most). The downstairs has a cozy couch/pull out sleeper, fireplace and stocked firewood. Seats 4 comfortably. Strong Wi-Fi, Flat screen Smart HDTV . Collection of board games. Vaulted ceilings and south facing dual pane windows that let the light in all day (if you like). The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, auto-timer coffee maker and a crock pot for slow cooking while you are out-- hiking/fishing/skiing! There is a full size table that seats 4. We pride ourselves in offering a clean, well-organized and clutter free unit. We know from experience there is nothing worse than booking a place for a nice restful vacation, driving for hours, only to be welcomed by a less then clean condo. A couple of aspects about this location we found so appealing were first, it is quiet and peaceful, and second, the convenient parking/unloading/loading. Two parking spots are reserved for you just outside the door. **Winter time parking we cannot guarantee two parking spots! We recommend one car during snow months.** After a long day you will NOT have to search for parking and trudge-- with your gear-- across the lot, up stairs, down a corridor, etc. It's nice to be able to back right up to the front door. We do have a security camera outside to monitor parking lot. We are only 1/2 mile from the popular Canyon Lodge and Mammoth's Village. We are also just down the street from the city's free shuttle system and paved bike trails (with miles of riding/walking/running). Last but not least, let's not forget the jacuzzi--there are plenty of over sized spa towels in the unit so you have to get over to the hot tub! You will feel right at home here! Fireplace with provided firewood and kindling. Hot Tub. 2 parking spots directly in front of front door, Canyon Lodge is less than a 1/2 mile from unit. The Village is about 3/4 mi away. The bus stop for the free town transit that picks up every 15/30 minutes is located on the adjacent street (Lakeview). The bus travels to The Village and Canyon Lodge. Other things to note Please note that the town of Mammoth Lakes charges a TOT (transient occupancy tax) of 14%. This charge is added by airbnb into our nightly and cleaning rates which we re-submit monthly to the town. Also please note: We charge for a basic cleaning (change sheets, linens, vacuum, etc.) Cleaning does not cover excessive mess...I.E. food. Overly messy oven, microwave mess...etc. will be charged for accordingly. Winter: Please note for winter and snowfall. Roads in town may become impassable for a short duration. This is not our responsibility or a valid reason for canceling a booking. Your parked car may become buried in snow. You may be required to dig out your car (snow shovel in closet). Tenant is responsible for their own vehicle. During heavy snow tenant is required to be available to move car so our snow clearing service can clear parking. Do not leave your car in our parking lot during heavy snow as it can become damaged by plow. If skiing, we recommend taking your vehicle to the lifts so snow service can do their job. You may need chains for your car! Always have them with you. If using rental car we suggest 4 wheel drive or at least AWD.
