It is equipped with air conditioning, heating and a washing machine as well as a fiber Internet connection. Charges (electricity, water) are included for a maximum of € 150 per month and a complete cleaning of the apartment is carried out every 15 days. A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month will be required upon arrival for any monthly stay. For reservations made via Airbnb, a €300 deposit will be requested solely to cover any potential excess over the maximum amount of included utility charges. The apartment is CLEANED AND DISINFECTED by a team of professionals before your stay. -We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. -Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine -Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€). Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€.
