Welcome to the Cottages at Oxford Springs Farm. Enjoy a quiet stay in the largest cottage of our newly remodeled rental properties, all located on this beautiful, small working thoroughbred farm. Views from every window capture the beauty of the bluegrass. Conveniently located only 10 miles from the Ky Horse Park, 5 mi from the quaint historic town of Georgetown, and 30 minutes from some of Kentucky’s greatest bourbon distilleries. For wildcat fans, Rupp Arena is only 15 minutes away. The space This cozy cottage features a living room with a queen size sofa bed, quaint dining space, bathroom with a fully tiled walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms and a washer/dryer. In addition, a kitchen with a small capacity oven, refrigerator and microwave. One bedroom offers full privacy, the second is partially open to the main living space (see photos for better understanding). The property is perfect for a stroll with a small pond, a quaint gazebo nestled among trees, beautiful thoroughbreds and memorable sunrise and sunsets. Guest access Guests are welcome to walk the property, excluding access to the horse barn.
