For your convenience, it is also equipped with a laundry room, dishwasher, and video gaming area, plus a TV room. UVU is 11 minutes away and BYU campus is 20 minutes. The space You will have the entire basement to yourselves accessible with a private entrance. The apartment is equipped with 3 TVs (one is in the tv room, one in the gaming area and one in the master bedroom). You will also enjoy a large kitchen stocked with all the necessities.
