Views are magnificent here; you’ll see huge ships pass by all day and seals pop up their heads too. The waves will put you to sleep. This Bush Point classic/modern is truly meant for relaxation & getting away from it all. You might even see a whale (or hear one blow) passing by. Just a bit over and hour from Seattle and 10 minutes from the darling town of Langley. Walk the beach for miles—you won’t miss Mount Rainier when it’s out. A quiet strip of beachfront homes. Plants and comfy rocking chairs right off the guest bedroom glass doors are situated for a peaceful morning near the garden. As you enter the front door, the view is a wowzer for sure. A huge cloud like sofa of down and feather fill the main living room for the ultimate lounging at the beach. Watch and listen to the waves all day as the huge ships pass by. You will for sure see seals and osprey and herons and mostly—sunsets and mountains over the ocean. Private deck with fire pit and comfy seating just a few ladder steps from the sea wall to the sand. Whidbey is a food lovers delight. Farm Stands all year, and groceries with local produce and seafood everywhere. People here love local!! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the dining space with fireplace sets the tone for candlelit nights enjoying beautiful food and making memories. This home was a custom build specific to the incredible location….everything about it has the beach and Puget Sound and mountains in mind. See the Olympic Mountains off to the right and Mount Rainier to the left…and the ocean everywhere. The primary bedroom as 180* views of ocean with a sofa and king bed and bedding like your favorite hotel stay. A second bedroom with king bed is situated off the courtyard in front and gives the perfect amount of space and privacy. Sandy walks to the lighthouse and dinners beachside or simply snuggle in with your favorite book or just watch Netflix all night —-the TV room is cozy and perfect for popcorn and chilling out. It’s all pretty ridiculous and nice ;) Other things to note Bush Point is a great community of friendly people, be a kind and courteous neighbor—no loud parties are tolerated, this is simply a setting to wind down, have fun and relax. Unfortunately we limit our guests to 3. Due to safety concerns around the seawall drop; this home is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
