Reserved parking spots, with more on the street. Easy access to the freeway, downtown attractions, the convention center, local bars, and restaurants, all within minutes. The space On the main floor you have the kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, and living room. On the second floor, up steep stairs into the loft, is the bedroom and closet and small couch. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire house. As mentioned on search engine this is a fully contained guest house behind another house. The main house can can be occupied by others. Other things to note The city alleyway (Mead Ave) to the designated parking pad has some potholes, drive slow and with caution. Please keep car locked and valuables in the house.
