Comfortably sleep 6, 7 if you use the futon in the office/piano room. Pet friendly, kid friendly toys appropriate for ages 5-11 (not baby proofed) but there is a safety/pet gate at the top of the stairs. Trampoline in back (good condition, use at own risk) basketball hoop in driveway (we only have kid size B-balls) Well supplied kitchen.
