Our suite offers a cozy sofa to curl up on & read a book or stream a movie on the smart TV. The suite has a full kitchen stocked with all the basics. The space The modern suite offers a spacious bedroom with combined living area that offers a West Elm Sofa & cozy accent chair. The room features a hybrid queen bed with white cotton sheets. You will find oversized nightstands for convenient clothes storage as well clothing hook for formal garments. There is a large smart TV with included streaming services. The space has an Alexa Dot for guest use as well as smart thermostat control. The kitchen offers brand new stainless steel appliances with all the kitchen basics. You will find a fully stocked coffee station with a Keurig coffee maker. Dining area features large wooden table with three contemporary dining chairs. Guest bathroom hosts modern touches, offers large walk in shower with Delta fixtures. We offer shampoo, conditioner, body wash & fluffy white towels. The outdoor space is located under two story patio. The space offers two outdoor chairs with side table, it is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and take in all the views. You will frequently see a family of deer, fox and beautiful birds on the property. Guest access Guests will have full access to the main level suite of the home. Entrance to suite is through main entry door of the home. The suite is locked off and privately secured from the rest of the home. Other things to note Careful considerations You will have full access to main level of the home. You will not have access to the upstairs of the home or the second level patio. There is a designated parking spot next to the large oak tree for guest parking.
