Walk to The Pearl! Private Backyard for Pets!

The home is centrally located and walking distance from The Pearl and The Strip (about 5 minutes away)!!! The home has everything you need, to include a washer and dryer, free parking, and even a private backyard space where you may relax in your home away from home. The home is approximately 500 square feet. There's 1 queen size bed in the bedroom and a futon in the living room. Please see pics Pet friendly. 1 pet per stay. Other things to note Utilities are included at a reasonable use. If there is any exessive and exageratted utility cost and use, the guest will be charged.
