Located in the heart of the Fronsadais vineyard, 15 min from Saint Emilion and 40 min from Bordeaux, we welcome you to our gîte with all the comforts for 4 people. On the way to the magnificent wine châteaux, you can visit and discover our beautiful region or simply rest and enjoy the cottage. In summer, you can bask around its swimming pool or in winter around a good fireplace while enjoying a good wine that we will introduce you to. The space On the ground floor you will enjoy a living room with fireplace and a fully equipped open kitchen. A laundry room with washing machine and toilet. You can enjoy a private terrace with views of the vineyards and access to the pool. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, hairdryer. Linens and towels are available. Guest access You can access free parking within our property as well as a private terrace, vegetable garden and garden with children's games.
