Very comfortably stocked with all the necessary amenities you will need to feel right at home. A very clean bathroom with a bidet and hot & cold shower to clean the day's stress right off before dozing off. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo unit. Great News! The simming pool is now open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Please let us know ahead of time if you will avail of the swimming tickets. This is to be purchased seperately at the Admin Office. Rates as follow: ₱150/head - regular days ₱300/head - holidays Note: Proper swimming attire is required Other things to note Guests must be at least 20 years old to book or be accompanied by an adult 25 years of age or older. The complete names of all the guests and a picture of your IDs are required upon completing your booking to secure a visitor's pass. Please make sure to have your IDs ready to be surrendered to the guard for your gate pass on the day of your check-in. Please respect our home and neighbors as if this was your own. We would appreciate NO EATING ON THE BED AREA (THANK YOU) No loud noise of any kind is allowed. Smoking/Vaping is NOT allowed in the unit. NO PETS Please clean up after yourselves. No dirty dishes should be left in the unit on your day of checkout. Guests MUST wash all used dishes. Guests must leave all used towels in the bathroom at check out All garbage must be disposed of prior to checkout. There is a trash bin across the elevator on your floor a few doors down from the unit. Please note, should you lose a key, you will be charged a replacement fee of ₱300. Lost VISITOR PASS will be charged a replacement of ₱200. To maintain the integrity and beauty of our unit, we require that guests staying 10 nights or more have a mid-stay check each week. Early check-ins - Check-in before 2:00 PM will incur fees of ₱100/hour Late checkouts - Checkouts after 12:00 PM will incur fees of ₱100/hour Early check-ins or Late check-outs are subject to approval. Please note, early check-ins and late check-out fees are not included in your reservation total and will be billed separately if approved. Great News!
