Walking distance to the lagoon and private beach area. • Parking on site in front of the house. • Guests will have the entire 4-bedroom house and 1-bedroom Cottage to themselves. The 4-bedroom house layout: • Bedroom 1: King Size bed + ensuite bathroom (shower & bath) • Bedroom 2 : 2 x Single beds and • Bedroom 3 : 1 x Single bed. These rooms share a bathroom that has both a shower and a bath. • Bedroom 4: 1 x Queen bed + ensuite bathroom (shower only) • The 1-bedroom cottage is located behind the 4-bedroom Villa and has a Queen size bed with a private balcony and ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the most breath-taking views! There is also an outdoor shower under the trees that are enclosed for privacy. • Behind the 4-bedroom Villa and next to the 1-bedroom cottage you will find the private pool. A great place to relax and unwind. • Kitchen with island, microwave, gas stove, oven and refrigerator/freezer. All the things you need to cook a perfect meal. • Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher also available. • Large living room with sofas, Smart TV and 10-seater dining room table. • Large balcony with outdoor furniture including BBQ facilities. • Ample closet space, great natural light, and steps away from some of the best that Knysna has to offer. • Safe and relaxing neighbourhood. • Daily housekeeping is available upon request at R300.00 per day. Guest access The main entrance to the 4-Bedroom Villa can be found in the parking area. A flight of stairs leads to the 1-Bedroom Cottage. Other things to note - No smoking indoors please. - No pets allowed. - No load music/parties. - Free Wi-Fi internet provided. - We provide you with a kayak that you can use with pleasure, but you will have to transport it to the lagoon by yourself. You will need roof racks on your car to carry it, as it is quite heavy.
