Teras Sabin - Private Bunk Bed in City Centre

A private bunk bed room, fit for 2 person. This is 2 storey guesthouse located in Wirobrajan's Residential area. In total we have 3 private rooms located on the 2nd floors including a shared facilities; a pantry, dining table, lounge, small gallery, and a view-ing terrace. The 1st floor is where my parents sometime spend their time plus a kitchen, a fish pond, and some shared area that you can use. The atmosphere of the neighborhood is relatively safe and very close to the city center The space The bed room is compact, clean and stylish in the same time. It is equipped with a private toilet, hot/cold shower, side table, side lamp, mattress for 2 and an AC for summer days. Other than that, the facilities on the 2nd floora are shared among the guests, & the facilities on the 1st floor are shared with my parents. The shared facilities such as: pantry, dining area, lounge, viewing terrace, gallery, parking lot and a rooftop to enjoy the Yogyakarta city skyline. NB: We have 4 cats in the property. They sleep in their cage but roaming around outside. Guest access The house have one main gate that is accessible from 07.00-21.00. My parents will help you to check in. Please use your own key if you plan to stay out late and make sure you always closed the gate whenever you come and go. There will be stairs on the side that will take you to the rooms with shared facilities which located on the 2nd floors. Parking lot for small car and motorbikes is available at the premises. In hectic hours and special case there is a nearby sport field for parking.
