In 100 meters there is a bus stop to get to the center quickly. It's about a 15-minute walk. A rental bike is available. The beautiful Kraichgau begins 350 meters away. The apartment is wet cleaned with a Delphin water vacuum after each stay. The space Wi-Fi for our guests as well as Netflix and 1&1 TV is available. The fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hand mixer and a blender allows unrestricted cooking pleasure. A hot air fryer conjures up freshly baked rolls in the morning in a few minutes or low-fat, crispy fries in the evening. A dining table with four chairs allows a cozy meal. In the living area there are two couch elements. In the foyer, shoes and jackets can be stored or hung up. In the bedroom there is a double bed and two closets. So, plenty of room for your clothes. High-quality mattress toppers allow a good night's sleep. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower and toilet. In the bathroom there is a dryer and a washing machine. Towels, shampoo, soap and a hairdryer are also provided. The apartment is very quiet. Thanks to the underfloor heating, it is always nice and warm. In summer the apartment is pleasantly cool. The windows are all equipped with a mosquito net against insects. In front of the apartment is a bench where you can also sit outside. Guest access The apartment is fully equipped. The private bathroom with shower and toilet is equipped with towels. The flat has its own entrance. The entire apartment (kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom) is not shared with anyone. Other things to note On the day of arrival, drinks (coffee, tea, juice spritzer and sparkling water) and everything for a delicious snack (bread or croissants, jam and butter) are available. In the kitchen, spices, salt, oil and vinegar are available for cooking. We always provide sufficient varieties of tea. For those who need something to drink, eat or snack on during their stay, we have provided a small selection of food in our organic basket at standard retail prices. (Self-service with a change machine) For a small excursion, the ride to work or shopping, a bicycle can be borrowed free of charge.
