Dream of a family with children - a cozy triangle with a sauna

Superbly equipped three-room apartment with sauna. Good access to the center of Tampere. Next door is a 24h Prisma and a shopping mall LIKE. Perfect for families with children, the apartment has children's toys, a high chair, a potty, a bathtub, etc. A large glazed balcony extends the summer. The apartment comfortably accommodates 2+2, plus a 120 cm sofa bed for 1-2 light sleepers and two baby cots for an extra charge, i.e. a maximum capacity of 6+2. The place is our own home, and you can feel the coziness here. The apartment is not suitable for parties. The space This is as cozy as an Airbnb can get, because it's our own home that we rent out when we're away. You will have beds made up for you and when you pick up the key you can easily go grocery shopping at the same time. The master bedroom has a 160 cm high-quality double bed and plenty of storage space for clothes, so the apartment is also suitable for longer stays. The second bedroom has a fold-out bed, the 90 cm wide beds are on different levels. In addition, the apartment has a 120 cm sofa bed in the living room and, for an additional fee, two baby/toddler travel cots separately requested. The place is ideal for families, but of course it also accommodates adult groups of friends - however, the place is not suitable for parties. Both bedrooms can be darkened with blackout curtains. The fully equipped kitchen has all our own dishes, here you can easily cook or even bake. A fast induction stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer, as well as small appliances, make the place very homey. Coffee, tea, food, spices, etc. can be found in the cupboards, which can be used if necessary. The living room has a large sofa that can accommodate several residents at a time. There is a large cupboard full of toys and books for children in the living room. Everyone can play, but please note that not all toys are suitable for small children. The apartment has two toilets and its own small sauna. In the bathroom, you will find basic detergents for the whole family. The bathroom also has a drying washing machine. Please bring your own laundry detergents. The apartment is best for four, but can accommodate 6 + toddlers in a travel bed if needed. Please note that the sofa bed is in the living room, which cannot be completely darkened. We make the beds according to the number of people you have been told, so it doesn't matter if you arrive late at night - you can jump straight to bed. There are some free street parking spaces in the area, but I recommend booking a parking space for 5 euros/night. This way, you don't have to spend time searching for a space and moving the car within the parking time limits. The apartment is really peaceful and quiet and to guarantee the peace of the neighbors, there is a decibel meter in the apartment. Guest access Entire apartment. The dressing room and a few cabinets in the apartment are reserved for our family's own belongings. Other things to note Please note that this is our own home, so there are some of our personal belongings there. Please treat the apartment with respect.
