This comfortable suite in Vancouver’s 1929 character house is convenient for anyone visiting Vancouver for short or extended stays. On beautiful and quiet SunnySide Park, everything is within walking distance to excellent shopping and some of Vancouver’s most amazing restaurants. Access is easy to anywhere in the city, with convenient driving only 15 minutes to downtown, the Vancouver Airport, UBC or Burnaby. The bus stop is 2 blocks away and there is lots of parking in the front. The space Enjoy a clean, bright and cozy suite while visiting Vancouver. White tiles on the counters and floors in the well stocked kitchen. Wood floors in the living room with an electric fire place. A warm and comfortable bedroom with a double bed and fresh fluffy linens. Washer and dryer in the shared laundry room. Peaceful back yard. Easy parking on the street. Everything you need to arrive and be comfortable. Although we do try to maintain low levels of volume, some sound may still carry through the floor of our heritage wood frame home.
