Stylish apartment in the nicest neighborhood of San Jose. The loft is in a new luxury tower with more than 10 amenities (co-work spaces, semi-olympic pool, therapeutic pool, Jacuzzi on different floors, children's garden, two gyms, and several other spaces). Supermarkets, banks, restaurants, Sabana Metropolitan Park, National Stadium, are all located nearby. Great for medical tourism, business travelers, or anyone who wants to visit San Jose. The space The loft has large windows that naturally illuminate the space and makes it very fresh. It has a wide balcony where you can appreciate the view of the park and mountains. The apartment has a modern decor. On the first level is the kitchen, living and dining room, main bathroom, and a bedroom with a king size bed. The second level has the secondary room, TV room, and bathroom, and king size bed. The internet speed is 200 mbps, the entry is with a digital key pad, no key is needed. Costa Rican coffee, tea, and cooking essentials are included. Other things to note This is a FAMILY oriented residential building. Sexual tourism is not permitted. Please use appropriate behavior in the common areas and please respect your neighbors. AC is ONLY in the bedrooms Sometimes, you may find a bug that wanders into the apartment. We try our best to eliminate them, but I can’t guarantee that the apartment is 100% bug free. Please remember that Costa Rica has a tropical weather and is a perfect environment for bugs. It is part of being in this country. We will not give refunds because of bug presence. Sometimes, due to external issues that are out of our control, there may be a power cut or the internet/ cable TV can lose signal for a certain amount of time. It is not common, but it can happen. If this does happen during your stay, we will not issue a refund. Addresses in Costa Rica are complicated. We will give you the name to type in Waze and Maps, which should let you arrive without a problem. It is very important that you read the check in instructions before your arrival. It is out of our control if the taxi driver does not want to use Waze or Maps. The washer/dryer is only available to guests who stay over a week. If you have to do laundry, please give it to the cleaning lady and she will do it for you. Only the cleaning lady has access to the washer/dryer.
