The space Thank you for viewing our apartment! This 2BR apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of a 3-unit townhouse that was built in the 1880's and located in historic Soulard. We purchased this building in December, 2017 and immediately began a full renovation that was completed in December, 2019. This apartment is located on a quiet street in the "residential" part of Soulard. It is only blocks away from the Soulard Farmers Market and Anheuser-Busch Brewery and the many restaurants, bars and live music that Soulard has to offer. It is also a short bar shuttle or shared services ride to Busch Stadium, and minutes to downtown and the Arch, Forest Park and numerous other cultural and entertainment attractions. Upon arrival, we will be more than happy to personally check you in or, if you prefer, we can program your phone number into the door lockset so you can check-in at your timing and convenience. You will be welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks, and an entertainment guidebook to help with planning your activities while in St. Louis. The 1st floor contains the living room, dining and kitchen areas and the 2nd floor contains the sleeping and laundry areas. There is a 1/2 bath on the 1st floor and a full bath on the 2nd floor. The apartment has a brand new kitchen, which includes maple cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. There is a porch (with seating for 2-4) directly off the 1st floor kitchen and another porch (with seating for 2-4) directly off the 2nd floor master bedroom. The living area has a large, flat screen TV (with ROKU and YouTubeTV). There is WiFi throughout the apartment and a workstation area with a networked, color printer for any copying/printing needs. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed (with a memory foam mattress), flat screen TV (with Sling TV) and a large closet for your storage needs. The second bedroom also has a very comfortable queen-sized bed (with a memory foam mattress) and a large closet. Both bedrooms are directly adjacent to the full sized bathroom. Laundry facilities (complimentary) are also located on the 2nd floor, should you need them. This property is exclusively used and rented for short-term stays. We live only two blocks away so if there is anything you should need during your stay, or anything we can do to improve our offering, please let us know. Other things to note There is off-street parking directly behind the townhouse. There is also free on-street parking directly in front of the townhouse. If guests choose to park on the street, please be aware that the City of St. Louis does street cleaning on the 2nd Monday of the month (on the east side - the side closest to the townhouse) and street cleaning on the 2nd Tuesday of the month (on the west side), between the hours of 8:30am - 12:00pm. Any car(s) parked on the street during those times will be ticketed so please be aware of those dates/times during your stay. Registration details STR-0066-25
