Unique cabin with high standard, view, ski-in/out

Experience luxury in the mountains in Trilodge – a modern mountain cabin with exclusive lounge style and high standard. The cabin is located on top of Fagerlia with panoramic views of Fonnfjellet, Mannfjellet and Fongen. Enjoy the view from the sofa in front of the fireplace or from the terrace in the evening sun – and on clear autumn and winter evenings you may be lucky enough to see the northern lights in the sky. Ski in/ski out, garage, heated floor and modern comfort, close to nature and with a short distance to Meråker alpine center, hiking trails and cross-country ski tracks. The space When you enter the cabin, you are greeted by a spacious entrance with a sliding door wardrobe and a staircase in solid oak with integrated LED lighting that leads up to the second floor. The hall on the ground floor has tiled floors with heating and provides access to the master bedroom, a modern bathroom and two smaller bedrooms. At the end of the hallway there is a bench overlooking Kirkebyfjellet. On the second floor, the room opens to a black kitchen with an open solution to the living room. The kitchen contrasts with light walls and ceilings, while the living room has darker tones and a calm lounge character. The staircase serves as a design element in the room and connects the floors. Large windows overlook Fagerlia and Meråker, with the mountain peaks Fonnfjellet, Mannfjellet and Fongen in the background. There is ample lighting and underfloor heating in both the living room and kitchen. From the living room you also have access to the cabin's other bathroom. The TV area has a 3-seater and 2-seater sofa as well as a bench along the window, and the dining table between the living room and kitchen can accommodate up to 8 people. From the living room you go out to a covered, glass-framed winter garden that can be used throughout the year. Here you will find lounge furniture, infrared heat lamp and Sonos system – a comfortable place for quiet evenings overlooking the mountains. On the second floor, right next to the bathroom, the stairs lead up to the loft – the cabin's fourth bedroom. Here it is furnished with a sofa bed that easily turns into a double bed, as well as a TV with Xbox – a natural place for children and young people. Guest access Guests have the entire cabin exclusively, including garage, outdoor areas and all amenities. The Trilodge is never rented to several people at the same time – the stay is completely private. The cabin is located in an established cabin area, and we ask guests to show consideration for neighbors and stay on their own plot. Other things to note The cabin has smart control for both heating, lighting and sun protection. Everything can easily be overridden manually via regular switches on the wall. There is underfloor heating in most rooms, with the exception of the two smallest bedrooms and the loft. In winter, the snow is continuously plowed up to the cabin and garage, but guests must expect to remove some snow at the entrance door and terrace if necessary. We ask guests to park considerately so that the snowplow can access the courtyard. Temporary parking can be used in the space next to the cabin if needed for snow removal. Meråker Alpine Center nearby offers rental of alpine equipment. At the moment there is no rental of cross-country equipment, so this may need to be brought. Pets can be allowed by appointment. Please let me know in advance if you want to bring animals, and this will be considered individually.
