Perfect for families and located in a no wake zone. Just 6 minutes to Indiana Beach and only 30 miles to Purdue University. Must be 25yrs or older to rent. Max capacity is 15 at anytime during your stay. 2026 Holiday bookings must include the following dates: May 22-25, July 2-5, and September 4-7. The space Room for the whole family to enjoy. Four bedrooms each have a king size bed. The walkout basement has a full bed, two twin beds, and a twin over full bunk bed. Crib and high chair are also provided. Boat lift available for a fee. Play a game of cornhole, cards, or dice. Adult and kid friendly games are also provided, and an air hockey table. Just minutes away from Indiana Beach water and amusement park. Guest access Access to everything other than the garage and 2 closets. Max 10 vehicles may be parked at the home. Other things to note Kayaks, paddle board, canoe, and lily pad available for use at your own risk. Not liable for any accident, injury, or death while in the home, on the premises, or while using kayaks, paddle board, canoe, lily pad, or any water involved activities. Life jackets are provided. Law requires life jackets to be worn or secured to kayaks, paddleboard, and canoe.
