Max capacity is 15 at anytime during your stay. 4th of July 2024 must be booked from July 3-7. Labor Day must be booked 8/30-9/2. Room for the whole family to enjoy. Three bedrooms each have a king size bed and the fourth has a queen size Murphy bed. The walkout basement has a full bed, three single beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. Crib and high chair are also provided. Boat lift and 2 jet ski lifts available for a fee. Play a game of cornhole, cards, or dice. Some kid friendly games are also provided. Just minutes away from Indiana Beach water and amusement park. Access to everything other than the garage and 2 closets. Feel free to call or text 219-789-7639. Parking for 10 vehicles max in the 2 driveways. No parking on the grass or on the street. Loaded Transportation in Delphi is available to take you to Purdue games, weddings, golf course, etc. Boat lift and 2 jet ski lifts available upon request & payment. Kayaks, paddle board, canoe, and lily pad available for use at you’re own risk.
