The lot is 200’ of waterfront and treed land on a private road and a private lake in a rustic setting. The camp has a large deck that is attached to a private dock accessible by steps to the lake. A canoe, 2 kayaks, and stand-up paddleboard are included during the summer. Phone service does work in this area. The television is connected to an antenna with limited reception. A DVD player and DVDs are available for movie viewing and pre-downloaded videos can be displayed off an IPad. There is not wifi on the property. The furnace, air-conditioning, and hot water run very well! The guests will have access to the entire home and the adjoining lot. Ample parking is available. We enjoy meeting our guests on their first day - when possible. Since we are typically around the corner, we may be available to assist or support you with your vacation needs, just ask! Located in a rustic "up north" neighborhood. The drive has some unpaved roads with turns and wildlife. Please respect the lake and property by following the requested guidelines such as driving slowly, following quiet hours, and fishing limits. The area is great for hiking, biking, ATVs/SxS, and Snowmobiling. There is ample parking for a toy trailer on the property. Know the county ATV Ordinances before you venture out. The AuSable River is nearby, we may be able to assist with a day trip, please let us knowing you are interested.
