Lovely Accessible private room in Eugene

Nice, bright sunny room 10 minute drive to airport and University of Oregon. Newly remodeled room with private ramped back entrance, queen-size bed, 42" TV with HDMI cord, a separate workspace, mini-fridge, keurig, AC, small deck, free wi-fi and street parking. There is a beautiful tiled bathroom that is fully accessible, with grab bars in the shower and next to the toilet, as well as a roll-in vanity. This suite is fully self-contained. There are no shared common spaces with this unit. The space In terms of accessibility, there is a flat gravel path to the back entrance. There is a ramp to get to the 32' no-threshold doorway. There are grab bars next to the toilet and in the shower. We can provide a shower chair as well as a bed bar if needed. The shower stall has a 1" lip and a moveable handheld shower head. Please inquire if there are other accessibility needs or questions you may have. I am a wheelchair user and want to make this space work for other people with limited mobility. Guest access The space is a fully self-contained bedroom/bathroom suite with a private entry (ramp) in a larger home. There are no shared common spaces in this unit.
