Briony Cottage is a traditional Devon house in a beautiful hamlet that is part of the North Devon AONB. It is set back from the South West Coast Path and has views over fields to the sea. The stunning beaches of Welcome Mouth and Marsland Mouth are within easy walking distance. This is a great place for walking, surfing and relaxing, enjoying the beautiful countryside, amazing sunsets and dark starry skies. The space Briony Cottage has a well equiped kitchen, a comfortable sitting room and a large dining room downstairs. The bathroom is also downstairs and the 2 airy bedrooms are on the first floor. The double bedroom has sea views. Guest access You will have sole access to the cottage and gardens. Access is not permitted to the loft area. Other things to note Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture. The parking space is quite snug and it's best to reverse in from up the lane. The space measures 2.5m wide by 3.5m deep.
