The cabin is located just 25 minutes from Charlottesville and 15 minutes from Waynesboro, plus it is just minutes away from great hiking, wineries and breweries. We do have high speed internet through StarLink and this would be a great WFH space for anyone looking to get away to Nelson County. The cabin is open concept with a lofted bedroom. Below is a breakdown of the layout and amenities: LIVING ROOM: Sleeper sofa (can accommodate 2 guests), coffee table, accent chairs KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances - stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, Keurig, toaster BATHROOM: single vanity, walk-in shower, toilet, towels provided LOFT: queen bed, nightstands, desk, closet, washer and dryer Please note that the stairs are a bit narrow, but have a new, sturdy railing. Guests have access to the entire cabin minus one closet in the bathroom. Clonmel Cabin is managed by Be Still Getaways LLC From Highway 151, you will turn east onto Dick Woods Road. The road winds back and forth up the hill a little ways. (Please drive slowly and carefully, there are a couple of blind corners and culverts next to the road). The entrance to the property will be on the left side of the road after a row of large pine trees. Turn into the property at the “Clonmel” sign. After turning in, you will see the cabin to your right. Parking is on the gravel pad to the immediate left of the cabin. The cabin has its own dedicated parking off of the main driveway. Driving will be your main source of transportation but it’s a great place for bikers and has some places within walking distance. We have a large pond on the property behind the main house. If you would like to fish (catch and release) and bring your own gear, you are more than welcome, but please correspond with us for days/general time. This will allow people at the house to have a heads up and allow us to make sure it is not over fished.
