Beach house directly on the water incl. boat

The "Strandhaus" lakeside cabin is almost entirely white and is approximately 38 m² in size. The bed with a direct view of the lake invites you to start the day in a relaxed manner. During your stay, you can use ourboat, which is moored directly in front of the hut, free of charge. The lakeside hut is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and many amenities and is located in Rust Bay directly on the water with direct access to the lake via a bathing ladder. The space The romantic chalet is built directly on stilts in Lake Neusiedl and is easily accessible without a boat via a wooden jetty. The lakeside chalet is equipped with a new bathroom with shower, washbasin and a mirrored wardrobe. Fluffy bath towels and hand towels are included in the hire price. The cabin has a small, modern kitchenette equipped with a microwave with oven function, dishwasher, fridge, cooker and sink. You will also find all the usual kitchen utensils such as a knife block, pots, pans, graters, kitchen utensils, Nespresso machine, blender, toaster, kettle, wine glasses, crockery and cutlery. Of course, you will also find free WLAN, satellite TV, mosquito plugs and many other things to make your stay a pleasant one. A comfortable bed invites you to enjoy a cosy night's sleep. Our bedding is suitable for allergy sufferers and the bed linen is made from the finest Egyptian cotton. Under the roof there is also a double bed (with mattresses, for space reasons there is no complete bed with legs and main bed) in both gables, which can be reached via a ladder. The beds in the upper area are not recommended for people with restricted mobility. The lake hut "Strandhaus" can be booked for a maximum of 4 people, as the space is limited by the tent shape of the roof. The pile dwelling in the lake is equipped with mosquito screens. In addition to two loungers on the right and left under the roof with cosy outdoor cushions, you will find a beautiful Moroccan mosaic table that invites you to have breakfast outdoors. Enjoy the direct view of the lake and the reeds from your private terrace. From the double sun lounger, you can enjoy romantic views of the water and swim directly in front of the hut via a swimming ladder. Naturally, the "Strandhaus" lake hut is equipped with air conditioning, which both cools and heats on cooler days. Discover a place to feel good. A lakeside hut that we made to provide a place for beautiful thoughts, dreams, romance and love. Guest access You can reach the lake hut on dry foot via a few steps and a wooden footbridge over the water. A boat is not necessary to get to the hut. A boat is moored in front of the Seehütte, which you are welcome to use free of charge during your stay. As we are happy to make our boat available to you free of charge (at no extra charge!), please note that if it is not possible to use the boat (e.g. because the boat cannot be used for technical reasons), no refund will be made for the unused boat. Other things to note The Seehütte Strandhaus is not only located directly on the water, but also has a beautiful swimming area directly in front of the Seehütte via a swimming ladder. Our boat is also moored directly in front of the private jetty, which you are welcome to use free of charge during your stay.
