No. 11 is our home from home in this ideal location, close to fabulous beaches and stunning coastal walks. Bedruthan Steps & Mawgan Porth beaches are 5 mins drive away. Watergate Bay our favorite, is 10 mins from our door. If you have energy to burn then you can walk/cycle the Camel Trail to Bodmin or Padstow. But if you just need to relax, why not enjoy our hot tub in the privacy of your own garden, followed by drinks on the terrace. Only available for 7 night bookings (or multiples Sat - Sat) The space No. 11 is a new four bedroom house, full of light, spacious and comfortable. The property is well equipped and decorated tastefully with paintings, sketches and prints. There are two double bedrooms (one en-suite), one twin room and a bunk room with two single bunks. Both the living room & master bedroom have smart TV’s. The latter also has a dedicated office/work space. Guest access You will have the whole house to yourselves. Other things to note Important: Your comfort and safety are our highest concern during your stay. In order to use the hot tub at No. 11 you will need to read the hot tub guidelines, which we will send on confirmation of your booking and sign the disclaimer. Without your understanding of how to operate the hot tub safely and agreement of the rules, we would not be able to release the code and permit its use.
