This substantial residence features a very large living room incorporating the kitchen plus dining and lounge areas, that opens up onto the patio and garden. The garden features an outdoor kitchen plus dining and lounge space. This villa is an ideal venue to host an exclusive family get together. This villa has 6 large bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 16 guests. The space Wherever you look, you'll be met with luxury and quality at Cherwell. It offers a wonderfully versatile open-plan living space, with sliding doors that stretch across the whole back of the property – connecting the indoors with the outdoors. This stunning house can accommodate a family group of up to 16 guests, with a maximum of 12 adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances and has a breakfast bar with seating for three guests. The kitchen is within a large living room, which includes dining and lounge areas. On the ground floor, there is also a formal sitting room, children's games room, utility room and cloakroom. Upstairs, there are six generously sized bedrooms, including the master suite. Two upstairs bathrooms are en-suite and there are a further two family bathrooms. The vast garden offers more than enough to keep guests happy, including a ping-pong table, BBQ, summer house, lounge area, and a slide and play set for children. Guest access Access to the house is provided by personalised check-in by our Guest Services team from 4pm. We will meet you there and walk through the entire property showing you all amenities and provide you with your welcome pack, a smile and anything else you may have previously requested. The host, Harbour Escapes, will be on hand before, during and after guests' stays to provide support and quickly respond to guest requests. Other things to note Property can sleep a maximum of 12 adults and 4 children. Additional children’s beds or cots can also be added into any of the bedrooms.
