This tiny home consists of a queen-sized bamboo bed, cute little living room space, a surfer-esque private bathroom, an outdoor living room & kitchen, and a front yard. It takes 5 mins by motorbike, tricycle or car to reach SOS gym, 10 minutes to get to the center of General Luna like Bravo, Siago, Kermit, and 15 mins if you’re heading to Harana, Cloud 9, etc. The beach in Malinao is also only a minute bike ride away & is a refreshing little spot for a quick dip. The space It’s a tiny house composed of concrete walls, tiled flooring and a native roof. A unique mix of modern and traditional architecture. That being said, it could also mean that a few teeny tiny particles of nipa from its ceiling may fall on the floor from time to time, which is why the floors need to be swept every day, and its resident mosquito killer, the butiki, May drop in to say hi :) The indoor/outdoor private bathroom has its own unique but simple interiors and is directly inspired from a surfers day to day life. The surface is covered with pebbles, and it’s wall lined with bamboo. Surfers constantly walk through rocks and reef, and you’ll certainly get that experience. Call it surf training or therapeutic foot massages. In any case, if the pebbles are a problem for you, we can provide slippers. The kitchen is nestled outdoors in between the lush jungle and mangroves of Siargao island which can feel so refreshingly peaceful, but mind you, because it’s outdoors, a few critters may come and pay a visit… but don’t worry, they’re all pretty friendly. Nothing a mosquito repellent or coil can’t fix! Sunrise and sunset seem to be the times they come out to play. Guest access Guests will be able to access their own private unit which has a bedroom, private living room and private bathroom. They also have access to their private outdoor kitchen and shared access to the front yard and the backyard. Other things to note Please remember that we are located on an island and certain commodities may not align with what you are used to. Power fluctuations happen from time to time, things in the property may break because of the salty water and air running through our lands, and we are no stranger to a few friendly visits from the wild such as mosquitos, spiders, lizards, field mice and etc. Moving forward, we assure you that we will be with you every step of the way and try our best to keep you comfortable :)
