Our newly renovated 3-story 3 huge bedrooms home is a great place to stay for your NYC trip. Located in Fort Greene, right in the heart of Brownstone Brooklyn's Arts District and only 10 minutes by Subway to Manhattan. The space Our home is a newly renovated landmarked Brooklyn brownstone. It spans about 2800 SqFt (260 SqM) over three floors. As an architect that specializes in Brooklyn brownstones, I carefully crafted the design of the old and the new. We created open, white washed and light filled spaces while incorporating the unique three-dimensional ceiling moldings, carved wood doors and windows and exposed brick walls. The main parlor floor is an open layout of living room, dining and kitchen. This 12’ high space opens up to a terrace overlooking the backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the level below are two large bedrooms and the washer dryer; 1. The master bedroom with a king bed and master bathroom that has a beautiful two-headed shower . 2. Second bedroom is a large room with a work area and a queen bed and It also has a second full bath. 3. On this floor as well as a washer / dryer The bottom floor has the third bedroom with a queen bed in an open floor through with an exit to the back yard as well as a full bathroom. (IMPORTANT - Bedroom #3 is not completely isolated as there is no door at the bottom of the stairs and it is the entire floor) The Garden is accessible from both the Parlor floor and the lower. * Media and Internet * Internet access is extremely high speed (Verizon Fios), Wifi coverage available at every corner of the house. Smart TV in the living - Cable, Netflix, Disney +, Prime and Apple TV TV in the lower room - Connected to Roku - Cable, Netflix, Disney +, Prime Guest access There is a lockbox with keys outside the house.
