The ground floor has been cleverly designed to respect the history of this wonderful cottage, whilst allowing for easy flowing open-plan accommodation. There is a stunning handmade deVOL open-plan kitchen with central island and a generous dining area with two sets of bi-folding doors allowing the whole space to connect to the large paved terrace outside. The kitchen incorporates a separate utility and laundry area, leading through to a ground floor cloakroom with shower enclosure. Two cosy seating areas include the snug with Sky Glass television, comfortable seating and a wood burning stove, and then a partially separated sitting room with its own wood burning stove and comfortable chairs for relaxing with a good book or a cup of coffee. On the first floor are two inviting bedrooms, both with Designers Guild luxury beds with wool mattresses and pillows, perfect for an excellent night's sleep. The beautiful bathroom includes a roll top bath and a large separate shower enclosure. With every thought catered for, including a tiled external shower for pet guests, Hilltop Cottage really is a special cottage and ideal for a wonderful Dorset break. Please be aware, there are a number of stairs and level changes within the property which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
