Lovely river/sea view apartment with parking

Our apartment is on the 3rd floor with a balcony overlooking a sea and river view (Le Wimereux). You will have a private parking space at your disposal, which is more than appreciated because parking is very expensive. The apartment has been fully renovated and equipped for 4 people with all modern comforts: dishwasher, induction cooktop, combined oven, large TV. Cozy living room/Small modular bedroom/Functional bathroom. I look forward to hosting you The space Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator with balcony overlooking a sea and river view (Le Wimereux). You will have a private parking space at your disposal, which is more than appreciated because parking in Wimereux is rather complicated but also very expensive. The apartment has been fully renovated and equipped for 4 people. It is equipped with all modern comforts: dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, induction hob, combined oven, Large TV, ... The living room has a new 160*200 sofa bed (2025) with Rapido system (unfolds very easily without removing the cushions)- In the bedroom, a new sofa bed (2025) can be used as a single bed (90X200) or also be transformed into a 160X200 bed. Very functional bathroom equipped with a shower, towel dryer, vanity unit and toilet. It is perfect for couples and families with 1 or 2 children. However, it is not suitable for people with disabilities. You have the duvets and pillows at your disposal. Linens and towels are only provided on request from 3 nights and for an additional charge. (Be sure to request this at the time of booking.) An umbrella bed and high chair are available. We agree on your arrival time a few days before. Check-in is logically possible from 4 p.m. or possibly earlier depending on the departure time of the previous guests and can be done independently if we are not available to welcome you thanks to a lockbox. Very late arrivals are to be avoided in order to respect the residents of the building. The apartment is conveniently located with direct access to the beach/dike about 100 meters away (2 min walk), many restaurants nearby, bakery, dairy, ice cream parlors, playground, small Carrefour supermarket etc. The city of Wimereux which has just been awarded the label "Ville de surf" is ideally located in the center of the Opal Coast between Boulogne-sur-Mer and Ambleteuse, with easy access thanks to the A16 motorway that runs along the entire coast. The different activities offered on the resort within walking distance: beach, restaurants, glaciers and esplanade, multiple hiking trails, sailing school, Surf school, kite-surfing spot etc... All the information on the website of the Wimereux tourist office, but be sure to book in high season Surroundings: In the north about 20 minutes the Grand Site de France des 2 capes with Cap Griz-Nez and Cap le Blanc-Nez. Wissant and its Kitesurfs. Fort d 'Ambleteuse and Audinghen Atlantic Wall Museum are 15 minutes away. To the south of Boulogne-sur-Mer, the first French fishing port, its castle-museum, its cathedral and the Nausicàa sea museum (largest aquarium in Europe) The wild coast between Le Portel and Equihen Hardelot resort with its dunes, forests and castle. Many hikes nearby but also all along the coast.
