Located just 7 minutes from Pont-Audemer, our Normandy Venice, where you can visit the alleys and its atypical architecture. Town where you can also find the essentials for your leisure (bowling, escape game, bar, restaurants, hiking, biking...) Honfleur is 30 minutes away, and its description is no longer necessary, walk, seaside, restaurants, shops... The space 💘 Don't hesitate to book for Valentine's Day and treat yourself to a little weekend getaway, with delicate sweets upon arrival. 💘 Welcome to our newly renovated Norman house, fully independent, sleeping up to 8 people. Enjoy a private garden of 600 m², with jacuzzi accessible all year round and private swimming pool open from June to September (from 8am to 8pm). Hotel quality bed and bath linen are included in the rental. The house (not suitable for PRMs) includes: - On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, a dining room and living room with sofa bed. - Upstairs you will find a landing serving the bathroom and toilet, as well as two bedrooms IN A ROW. The hardwood floors, authentic and a little singing, testifies to the charm and character of this old house. Sleeping arrangements: - Bedroom 1 : 1 double bed (140 cm) - Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed (160 cm) + 1 sofa bed - Living room: 1 sofa bed Relaxation area: Hot tub heated before your arrival and accessible at any time, with head rest. Private swimming pool (accessible only in season: June to September, 8am to 8pm). Outside & Recreation: Large garden with table and garden furniture, sunbeds, charcoal barbecue, pallet relaxation area with cushions, petanque court (balls available) and mölkky game. Pets welcome: Your furry friends are welcome. Just pick up their waste and discard in the outside trash bin. Other things to note For guests coming with their ANIMALS: Please pick up their droppings and dispose of them in the garbage can outside, near the gate Please do not be too "expressive" and pay attention to noise while respecting our neighbors.
