Other things to note This listing is for The James House, which is 1 side of a side-by-side duplex connected by 1 wall. The June House next door may also be booked during your stay at The James House, we ask that all guests are respectful of one another and to keep noise to respectable neighborhood levels. The James House has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps 6. CHECKIN/CHECKOUT -Check-In is 4PM and Check-Out is 10 AM -Early check in or late check outs are not always able to be accommodated. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we often require the entire window of time to turn over the home depending on the guest count. - If we can, we offer 1 hour free of charge, and then $25 per hour up to 2 extra hours (3 hours total). Please reach out if that would be helpful to have us contact you if an early check in is needed. If you want more than 3 hours extra, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive at your leisure.
