This beautiful suite with private entrance is located in the high end neighborhood of "The Nines" in the north Gilham area of Eugene. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. The home is around the corner from a neighborhood park, close to Starbucks, Jamba juice, and has other restaurants within walking distance. We are an easy commute to Hayward field, Autzen Stadium, local hospitals including River Bend and all major highways. The space This home is a year old and equipped with a queen size bed, sitting area, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. Enjoy natural light from large windows in the room. The bathroom is well lit with a standup shower, large vanity and sink. Basic shampoo, body wash and towels are provided. Room has a ceiling fan / light overhead with reading lights on both sides of the queen bed. A random assortment of cold beverages will be available in the fridge, coffee pods along with creamer for the Keurig. Infants and toddlers are welcome! We have a Pack n' Play, toys and books available upon request at the time of booking at no extra charge. Guest access The home has a large driveway and you will have a designated spot on the north side of the drive. If you have an oversized car, there is plenty of curb parking on-site as well. You will go through our gate for access in the backyard with a secure and private entry into the room through the back patio area. Other things to note The home is conveniently located to whatever brings you to the Eugene-Springfield area! The river bike and walking path is less than a mile away.
