The main house is securely separated by a locked door. Please note that driveway parking is not available for guests; however, free street parking is conveniently located directly across the street. Other things to note The apartment suite is located on the lower level of our home, and while you may occasionally hear us upstairs, we make every effort to ensure your stay is as peaceful as possible. Please note that there is no thermostat in the unit, but we’re happy to adjust the temperature upon request for your comfort. ✦ Guests MUST be at least 21 yrs of age ✦ Pets are NOT allowed ✦ NO smoking or vaping of any kind including e-cigarettes indoors allowed - $500 smoking fee ✦ Parties or events are NOT permitted ✦ Quiet time after 10 P.M. ✦ Unregistered guests: Guests not included in the reservation are NOT allowed on the property - Unauthorized individuals will be considered trespassing. ✦ Privacy and Safety: security surveillance cameras are installed on the property. ✦ Unauthorized late check-out will incur additional fees. Our standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, and this is clearly communicated to all guests. If you fail to check out by 11:00 AM without prior agreement, you will be charged 50% of the nightly rate for the property. Additionally, staying beyond the agreed checkout time without authorization is considered trespassing. Violation of house rules may result in immediate cancelation of your reservation without a refund.
