The bedroom features a portable air conditioning unit for personalized cooling, and we’re always happy to adjust the home’s central temperature to ensure a comfortable stay in every season. This spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bath suite is ideal for wedding guests, couples, solo travelers, and business professionals visiting the D.C. area. The main residence is securely separated by a locked interior door, providing complete privacy and independence. Complimentary street parking is available directly across from the home for your convenience. Other things to note The suite is located on the lower level of our home. While you may occasionally hear light footsteps from upstairs, we are mindful of noise and make every effort to ensure your stay remains peaceful and comfortable. The bedroom is equipped with a portable AC unit for personalized cooling. While the thermostat is not located inside the suite, we’re always happy to adjust the central temperature promptly upon request. House Guidelines To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please review the following: ✦ Guests must be 21 years or older to book ✦ No pets ✦ No smoking or vaping indoors (a $500 cleaning fee applies for violations) ✦ No parties or events ✦ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM ✦ Only registered guests listed on the reservation may access the property ✦ Exterior security cameras are installed for safety purposes ✦ Check-out is 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur additional fees. Failure to follow house guidelines may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
