The space This private studio apartment contains a bed, a bathroom, smart TV, free wifi and fully functional kitchen that comes complete with oven, stove top, fridge kettle, toaster, pots & pans, glassware, crockery and cutlery. This apartment is comfortable for a couple, but can sleep a small family or groups of 4 using the double sofa bed. Please note: Infants must be included as a child when you are searching/booking as we charge per person regardless of age. Travel cot available at £10 per night, prior notice necessary. In an attempt to limit our carbon footprint we provide: - 1 towel per guest - Toilet paper is provided but not replenished - 1 Double duvet per bed/sofa bed Guest access The apartment is located on Shoreditch High st. During your stay you will have access to the entire apartment and you can come and go as you please. Other things to note **COVID/Stay Restrictions** If you make a reservation, then restrictions force you to abandon your stay, our Cancellation Policy remains as advertised. This is also supported by Airbnb's T&C's. If you receive a positive COVID test we suggest you immediately cancel your reservation and submit your proof to Airbnb. As per the government guidelines we will continue to stay open for guests who have determined that they have a justified reason for short term accommodation. If you have booked for any other reason and you cannot fulfill your stay, it will be the guests responsibility to process the cancellation. ** CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS: ** Guests who wish to check in on Christmas Day will also need to book Christmas Eve (24th of December). Self check-in will then be made possible for Christmas Day. - Children and Infants Infants are considered as paying guests so they must be included as a Child when you book. - ID Verification The guest will be required to verify their ID using a third party platform. If the guest fails to do so, we may not provide access to the apartment. - Parking Unfortunately, we don't any have allocated parking bays, but there are two easy options in the neighbourhood: 1 - Truman Brewery is open every day of the week: They charge around £10 - £15 per day. 2 - The car park at 91 Sclater Street, E1 6HR is open Monday - Saturday. Sunday is Brick Lane Market. It costs around £3 per hour or £12 per day. Saturdays and Sundays lots of parking is usually free. Also, check out justpark OR parkopedia for more options. Note: If driving, we are not inside the Congestion Charge Zone, but be aware of this in the city. OTHER FAQ’S Check- in time? - 3pm or later. Arrival time? - Please let us know your approximate arrival time. We base our cleaning schedule on this time and if you happen to arrive earlier than we had expected we cannot guarantee it will be ready but will do our best. Early Check-in? - No unfortunately early check-in is not possible Bag drop-off? - Unfortunately we cannot hold your luggage before or after your stay. We recommend Luggage Hero. How do I check in? - We will send you the' self check in' instructions on the day of arrival once you have completed our third party ID verification. Can a friend or family member collect the key for me? - Yes but only if agreed with us prior. Please let us know their full name and they must upload their ID to the Airbnb message thread. Check out? - 11am (no late checkout available) Failure to do so may result in a £50 penalty (or the cost of the next night stay). Extra Duvets? - We provide 1 double duvet per bed/sofa bed. Can I have 4 single beds? - Just the double bed and double sofa bed is as shown. Can I have 4 single duvets? - As standard in the UK, we provided double duvets for the double bed/sofa-bed. Are you situated near the city? - Yes, we are situated in ZONE 1 which is the centre of the city. Near Tower of London, St Pauls etc. This is the City Centre officially. However, we are in the East End, not the West End as most tourists think (Covent Garden, Soho, Oxford st). It is still zone 1 but you will have to catch a short train or bus ride to the West End. What is the closest Transport? - OVERGROUND - Shoreditch High Street Station or Hoxton Station UNDERGROUND/TUBE - Liverpool St Station OR Old St Station BUS #243, #55 a few steps away, takes you into Oxford Circus
