The space The apartment is downtown New Ulm. It is above one of our local laundromats. There is a 2nd apartment that shares the laundry room. It is comfortable and 5 minutes from most everything in town. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself. There is one off-street parking spot included with the apartment. You share the laundry room with the adjoining apartment. Other things to note There are 24 steps to the apartment from street level.
