The space The accommodation is bright, functional and well insulated. The main room is equipped with reversible air conditioning for high heat peaks or to have pleasant comfort off-season. The 2 outdoor terraces allow you to enjoy the sea view for a nap in a hammock or for a barbecue evening. Other things to note The apartment has been fully renovated. Most of the equipment is very recent, especially for the kitchen, shower room and gas barbecue. So we are uncompromising about how you will use it "in a prudent and responsible manner". We have chosen not to ask for a deposit, so we are counting on you to respect the premises but also the people who will stay there after you, ensuring the maintenance of general cleanliness and more so that of the sanitary facilities and household appliances. We are not "tourism professionals" (whom we do not wish to compete with) in the sense that it is not our profession. We are therefore not a hotel residence and we do not provide sheets (1 bed in 160 and 1 in 140) or towels. We also do not provide a concierge service, and while some small details allow you to start operating, you will not find hygiene products or cooking products in quantity and for the entire duration of your stay. Regarding household waste, a container space is located below the house, at the pine roundabout, just slightly to the left. There are containers for glass, packaging and other waste. Although highly recommended, waste sorting is not 100% mandatory.
